{"id":3957,"date":"2011-04-20T05:33:53","date_gmt":"2011-04-20T02:33:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/teuli.net\/?p=3957"},"modified":"2018-10-20T06:17:02","modified_gmt":"2018-10-20T03:17:02","slug":"sudamenadala-liikumisuritused-2011","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/teuli.net\/?p=3957","title":{"rendered":"S\u00fcdamen\u00e4dala liikumis\u00fcritused 2011"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Traditsioonilise s\u00fcdamen\u00e4dala avab sel aastal \u00fcle-eestiline liikumisp\u00e4ev \u201eSinu sammud loevad\u201c, et tuletada k\u00f5igile meelde kui oluline on liikumine ja f\u00fc\u00fcsiline aktiivsus s\u00fcdamehaiguste \u00e4rahoidmisel.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00fchap\u00e4eval, 17. aprillil on \u00fcle Eesti avatud liikumisrajad ning toimuvad erinevad liikumist propageerivad \u00fcritused, kuhu k\u00f5ik on oodatud kas lihtsalt k\u00f5ndima, jooksma, rattaga s\u00f5itma v\u00f5i kepik\u00f5ndi tegema. \u00dcritustel osalemine on tasuta ning k\u00f5ik l\u00f5petajad saavad kaasa v\u00e4ikese liikumisp\u00e4eviku. K\u00f5ikide liikumisp\u00e4eval osalejate l\u00e4bitud kilomeetrid pannakse kirja ning arvutatakse kokku ning nii saab vaadata, kus asuvad Eesti aktiivseimad tervises\u00f5brad.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kul.ee\/index.php?news=6859\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1277 alignleft\" title=\"Kul_logo_5_72dpi\" src=\"https:\/\/teuli.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Kul_logo_5_72dpi-300x76.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"76\"\/><\/a><a style=\"font-size: 1rem;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sm.ee\/aktuaalne\/uudised\/b\/a\/puhapaeval-sammuvad-koik-sudame-terviseks.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1278\" title=\"SOTSIAAL_LOGO_rgb_jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/teuli.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/SOTSIAAL_LOGO_rgb_jpg-300x73.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"73\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maidlas saab sellest \u00fcritusest osa v\u00f5tta 17. aprillil 11.30 Maidla Spordihoone juures.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Kell 12.00 antakse start 3, 5 ja 7 km k\u00e4imisradadele.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00dclevaate teistest \u00fcritustest leiab <a href=\"http:\/\/www.terviseinfo.ee\/web\/index.php?id=2929\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SIIT<\/a><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1279\" title=\"Omron HJ720IT-E2\" src=\"https:\/\/teuli.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Omron-HJ720IT-E2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\"\/>K\u00e4imine on lahe asi ning olles ise pidev tatsaja, olen ma kahe viimase aasta jooksul endaga ka sammulugejat kaasas tassinud.<\/p>\n<p>Omades turul olevatest seadmetest \u00fchte uhkemat &#8211; Omron HJ720 &#8211; mida saab ka arvutiga \u00fchendada ning siis oma tulemusi hiljem anal\u00fc\u00fcsida, v\u00f5ib kellaajaliselt vaadata, et millal ja kui palju olen ma ringi k\u00e4inud.<\/p>\n<p>Hea enesetunde tagamiseks pidi iga inimene k\u00e4ima p\u00e4evas maha 10 000 sammu ning kui tahetakse saavutada mingisugust mingisugust vormi, siis nendest 10 000 sammust pidid 3000 olema aeroobilised (l\u00e4hevad kirja siis, kui viimase 10 minuti jooksul on tehtud v\u00e4hemalt 60 sammu minutis). Nii, et kui kellelgi peaks selle sammumise kohapealt huvi tekkima, et tulemusi ka kuidagi dokumenteerida, siis esimese ettejuhtuva sammulugeja ostmisel pole mingisugust m\u00f5tet, sest need loevad ka siis, kui istud autos ja s\u00f5idad m\u00f6\u00f6da meie auklike teid.
